Do we supply fitted sheets?

We do not currently offer fitted sheets to any bed size

Do pillowcases come with the sheet sets?

Yes, we supply the necessary pillowcases according to sheet size.

Do you offer discounted pricing on multiple day hire?

Pricing is set at minimum of 2 day hire and maximum 10 day hire

Will you fit sheets to beds?

Not available at this time

Do you deliver?

Free delivery and pickup is included with all orders* Please see DELIVERY areas for further information. charges apply outside the area.

When do I make payment?

Full payment to be made prior to delivery

Can you take Credit Card payments?

We currently do not have facilities to accept credit card payments

How can I pay?

OSKO or Direct Deposit is accepted and required prior to delivery

Can I get a refund?

Once linen has been delivered there are no refunds available.

Cancelled orders within 24 hours of delivery will be refunded in full.

Damaged or Lost linen?

If linen is found to be maliciously damaged or stolen from property replacement charge will be requrested
